Roles and Responsibilities
You will report to region Business Operations Director and will work in close cooperation with all Software (SWS)
regional functions and you will be responsible for :
• Deliver operational results for the portfolio, with key business performance indicators
including Orders, Sales, Billing, Margin, and Cash
• Manage customer relationships at multiple levels of their organization, providing
A success delivery model
• Build strong relationship with SWS customers and business stakeholders
• Work closely with GEV leadership to investigate, analyze and resolve customer
issues in a timely manner
• Drive operational excellence and rigor on Fulfilment of metrics and quality to deliver
process excellence and Track performance in key areas such as EHS, customer
satisfaction, productivity and talent development
•Be responsible for backlog, forecasting, pipeline and weekly financial tracker updates
for SWS financials. Understand trends and drivers, and effectively communicate risks,
opportunities, changes, and key gap closure activities
• Own and drive a cash target (including inventory) and resolve key past due or
collection issues
• Drive improvement through identification and implementation of corrective and
preventative actions
• Assist with short and long-term business planning (i.e. Op Plan, Growth Play Book)
• Own Customer Playbooks and work with the local area sales team to develop
retention, growth, risk, and fulfillment strategies
• Work with all functional and Products teams to explore growth opportunities both
providing input on what the sub-region’s needs are as well as executing offerings
• Demonstrate EHS leadership and ensure Zero Deviation Plan is implemented within
the team
• Maximize cross collaboration between SWS team and other GEV teams
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a Science,
Engineering, or Project/Business Management qualification
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of Business experience, leading Operations and services
and project Management with a strong technical knowledge of the SWS preferably
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience with direct reports
• Customer success oriented, able to bridge each internal Milestones/delivery to a
customer success and added value
• Profit & Loss (P&L) leadership experience, which includes short and long-term
business planning
• Strong financial acumen including the management of revenue, cost, and cash
Collection
• Monitor control & mitigate financial, technical, commercial risks & opportunities
• Rigorous and having a strong financial/operational discipline to drive the governance
and the operational rhythm across his sub-region and consolidate with the region and
support functions
• International operations experience in managing complex projects (including Turnkey
projects and large SW projects) along with the building of cross cultural and virtual
teams
• Demonstrated improved operational efficiencies in Software and IT delivery
Programs
• Technical capabilities in the SWS domain, enabling him to identify the technical
challenges and Risks and opportunity and drive the broader technical community to
deliver
• Strong people leadership, able to lead a remote and multi-cultural team and brig it to
achieve great operational results
• Effective communication skills addressing different audiences and influencing
internal and external executive audiences contributing effectively to promote and
increase the attraction of SWS services to bring talents on board to sustain the growth
and the changes
• Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships. Customer
networking at an executive level to ease the business execution and able to detect,
create and bring opportunities to maturity to support the commercial effort to sustain
the growth
• Contractual acumen
• Arabic speaking is preferable.
