Project Manager

A utility company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
The project that this person will be working on is a digital radio upgrade.
This project will be changing out the radios at 60+ sites across WA, as well as replacing portable radios, then executing the clean up to reconfigure and clean out any leftover equipment. This is a 2-year initiative.
This individual will assign early-start, and late-finish dates to all tasks to determine the critical path of the project and to determine tasks available float. They monitor the schedule on a daily basis. When any task is 48hrs behind, immediately develop and implement a contingency to bring the task back on schedule.
The biggest piece of this role will be scheduling and interfacing with a myriad of different vendors/engineers/technicians, and the ability to communicate effectively is a must-have.
This person will assign resources to tasks to make sure that we have adequate personnel, as well as cost load all tasks for accurate forecasting based on scheduled work.
This person will complete a weekly report that will identify work planned, work completed and any work that has slipped.
