Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Operations and will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the commercial and clinical operations domains. Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks or issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure project success. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project alignment with their goals. Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure their success. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Project Management and CE-Project Management. Must have strong domain experience in Clinical Operations. Should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have experience in managing project budgets and resources. Must be able to develop and maintain project documentation. Should have strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Should have experience in client management and ensuring project alignment with client goals. Must be able to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Should have experience in facilitating project meetings and ensuring effective communication. Must be able to provide guidance and support to project team members. Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery.Certifications Required
