Pay Rate: $45 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top 5 banking client in Canada, is looking for a Project Manager for an initial 12-month contract, with high possibility of extension/conversion.
**This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office**
Responsibilities:
An ideal Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:  Work closely with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Understand and gather requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers. Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Formulate system scope and objectives, and validate the developed requirements, testing, training, and implementation of applications. Assist internal business groups on the process improvement projects. Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects. Gap Analysis - bridging gap between business and technology teams. Requirements: 5-7 years' Project management experience required. Comfortable leading conversations with a big group of people (20-30 people) QA/tester experience - has led UAT, created test plan, test scripts or test execution reports.
