Job Summary
The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This position reports to the Global Product Line Manager for Finished Formats and will interact cross functionally with key staff at Health Wright Products.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and objectives.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a commercial setting.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.Specific industry experience in sectors such as health sciences, food ingredients, or probiotics used in dietary supplements is highly desirable.Skills:
