This position is available in both our Los Angeles and Irvine office, please note, if based out of Irvine, the expectation is that until you are well established, you can expect to be in the Los Angeles Office once a week. In addition, we are operating off of a hybrid schedule therefore, you are required to work in office three days a week.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
