Project Manager

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Project Manager III within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage customer project implementations, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. You will report directly to the Manager of Implementation, and regularly collaborate with sales, backend support teams, and client teams. This role focuses on driving client engagement, troubleshooting, and delivering consultative project support while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Acting as the primary owner and facilitator of client implementation engagements Managing project plans, expectations, progress, and risks using project management best practices Maximizing client engagement during the project lifecycle to achieve the highest possible revenue attainment Conducting training sessions with clients via webinars as needed Handling small to medium-sized client programs Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and third parties to support client projects Reviewing contracts, customer profiles, business cases, and vendor lists; conducting implementation calls to review and validate sold products Collecting necessary client data for accurate account setup and implementation

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment 4+ years of experience with implementations, client support, or client-facing roles Strong knowledge of payments or financial services (preferred) PMP certification (nice to have) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple priorities Familiarity with project management software, such as Wrike, Salesforce, or Workday
