Could you be the full-time Project Manager in the Software Engineering Solutions domain we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll lead and deliver IS&T projects related to the Alstom Software Engineering domain. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (PMO, IT infrastructure, Business stakeholders), streamline delivery models and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and organizing projects, managing interdependencies and resources, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies. Additionally, you will contribute to optimizing plans, costs, and quality.
We’ll look to you for:
Planning and organizing projects in accordance with domain roadmaps
Optimizing delivery models following defined sourcing strategies
Implementing initiatives to optimize plan/cost/quality
Ensuring projects follow standard methodology, processes, and tools
Resource planning and maintaining the capacity plan for projects
Managing project plans – scope/resources/tasks and interdependencies
Identifying and mitigating risks, and providing direction, input, and feedback to project staff
Controlling projects by reporting status timely and ensuring operation within approved budget/scope

A degree in engineering, preferably in information technology
More than 5 years of experience in Project/Program management
Solid knowledge of project management, especially in an engineering context
A SAFe Scrum Master certification
Experience working for global companies, ideally in both service provider and customer roles
Strong written, communication, and presentation skills with a result-oriented mindset
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and very strong leadership skills
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure systems: server, database, network, and storage
Fluency in English with a readiness to work autonomously in an international environment
