We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Jira and Confluence!

This role is part of the Enterprise Data Engineering (EDEE) team, leading key projects focused on advancing enterprise data and technology capabilities. The team is transitioning from SQL to Databricks, working to implement modern, scalable solutions that enhance data management and analytics.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute projects within the Enterprise Data Engineering (EDEE) team, ensuring the successful delivery of data and technology objectives.Use Jira to manage workflows, track progress, and prioritize critical tasks.Maintain and organize key project documentation in Confluence, promoting clear communication and collaboration across teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and data analysts, to define and deliver high-quality solutions.Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews tailored to team needs.Support the team’s transition from SQL to Databricks by aligning resources and ensuring milestones are achieved on time.Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, providing practical solutions to keep projects on track.Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and EDEE leadership.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in technology, enterprise data, or infrastructure.Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence as essential project management tools.Experience with data engineering or enterprise data technology projects (preferred).Familiarity with hybrid methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.Knowledge or experience with technological transitions, particularly in platforms like SQL and Databricks (preferred).Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business administration, or related fields.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (preferred).
