The role

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing international business strategies to address some of today’s most complex challenges from day one. You'll work on global projects with a focus on India, Middle East, Asia, Europe and the US. Exposure to rapidly growing industries and new technology in electrification, automation, and digitalization offer you a fast track to leadership positions. What you'll do

Provide strategic advice to external and internal clients at a global and regional levelWork on complex and international projects with the highest relevance for strategy development, digital transformation, implementation and corporate developmentAssume overall responsibility for the success of your assigned projects (external and internal projects)Provide thought leadership for the entire project and its modulesSupport business developmentSuccessfully manage internal and external stakeholdersProvide functional guidance and foster the individual development of each team member Work closely with the client team

What you'll need

MBA from a leading Indian or international business schoolStrong academic record, along with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, with outstanding performanceTrack record in strategy consulting, with notable projects in digitalization (or digital focused modules in large engagements)Significant consulting and sectoral know-how/experience in a Siemens-related industry (e.g. auto, F&B, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, commercial buildings, industrial manufacturing, battery manufacturing) is a plusAdditionally, experience in digital transformation, asset performance management, supply chain transformation, Industry 4.0 and sustainability will be a plusInternational work experience is preferableExperience working with teams from a technology backgroundDistinctive entrepreneurial and global mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and outgoing team playerConvincing communication skills in English; German, Arabic is a plusHigh willingness to learn and developConsider working at the customers site for about 80 percent of your working time an exciting challenge
