Job Title: Project Manager - Public Safety Architecture
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Public Safety Architecture to join our team. This role involves the production of deliverable documents through all project phases and managing a large-scale Public Safety project in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AutoCAD and Revit, as well as a proven history of working with state and local agencies, subcontractors, and consultants.

ResponsibilitiesProduce deliverable documents through the Schematic Design, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration phases.Involve in programming, planning, and design for a large-scale Public Safety project.Review documents for quality control evaluations and ensure ongoing compliance.Manage Construction Administration phase work.Provide project management, design, and leadership for a large-scale Public Safety project in Baltimore, MD.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Experience with Public Safety projects such as police stations, fire stations, and prisons.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.NCARB (Licensed Architect) preferred.Previous experience leading a team for design and supervision of deliverables.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with state and local agencies, subcontractors, and consultants.Ability to manage and oversee large-scale projects.Strong leadership and project management skills.Work Environment

Our office is located in Class A office space in the 100 N Charles Tower on the 18th floor, offering a panoramic view of the city. We have 5 studios with 75 employees in Baltimore, specializing in various sectors including Housing (MF & Senior Living), Interior Design, Graphics & Signage, Commercial (retail, shell, interiors, restaurants), and International projects (mainly former DDG, master planning, and conceptual schematics).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.09
