Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Plans, monitors and manages multiple projects within strategic programs from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are adequately resourced and meeting required schedules Ensure the projects are aligned with the programs objectives as defined by the program’s functional leaders Design and implement playbooks and other tools and templates to ensure successful execution of the projects. Replicate these playbooks and share these with new site leadership and Branch Managers Implement a reporting process including verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and roadblocks Determine correct courses of action to address execution issues / project risk. Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Ability to interact, present all forms of communication with employees and senior leadership Interpersonal savvy to manage highly sensitive and/or challenging situations Ability to work and communicate across functional and geographical boundaries with ease Proven ability to manage large, multi-location, parallel projects Experience managing external vendors as key delivery partners Solves complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Recognizes and addresses problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent Works independently. May lead multi-disciplinary project resources without direct management responsibilities Ability to facilitate to resolve problems and enable the team to define solutions. Proven ability to lead and coach/mentor Branch Managers Must be a “self-starter” and able to work with limited supervision Needs to be detail oriented and well organized Up to 50 % Travel - RequiredEDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, economics 5+ years of Project Management Experience or related work experienceCompany Benefits:
