Kforce has a client seeking a contract Senior Project Manager with Agile experience to join their team in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, with a primary focus on a critical RDK/DOCSIS 4.1 initiative, which will require 90% of your time. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who excel in balancing Agile practices with traditional project management responsibilities, including budgeting, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is based in Denver to collaborate closely with the majority of the team, though candidates in Charlotte, NC, will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: * Project Oversight: Manage up to 5 concurrent projects, with a primary focus on the RDK/DOCSIS 4.1 project, which will involve heavy-lifting tasks * Agile Practices: Facilitate sprint planning, PI planning, and scrum meetings while supporting Agile principles * Budget Management: Handle project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with PMO processes * Status Reporting: Provide detailed weekly updates to stakeholders, including slide preparation for GVP meetings * Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, predominantly based in Denver, to drive project success * Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals * PMO Alignment: Adhere to established PMO processes and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
