Acts as a liaison between state agencies, workforce providers, and businesses to coordinate workforce initiatives Meets with employers to discuss their employment challenges and assess workforce planning needs. Analyzes data to determine workforce gaps. Provides an overview of workforce solutions that include training opportunities, continuing education courses, recruitment assistance, career planning, retirement services, etc. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, workforce development, or a related field. 3 years of workforce development or project management experience Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work independently and is self-motivated while working in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on project goals and client needs. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. Proficient in computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems. Experience conducting workshops, training programs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
