In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Serve as the primary owner of the product transfer and facility startup, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Handle the Mexico project budget, including capital and expense tracking, reporting, and adherence to financial targets. Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies using structured frameworks. Partner with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, procurement, trade compliance, and EHS, to achieve program goals. Act as a liaison between local teams and U.S.-based counterparts to ensure flawless communication, alignment, and support. Lead all planning, execution, and validation activities to ensure operational readiness while maintaining strict adherence to safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Lead all aspects of equipment qualification, process validation, and startup activities to deliver high-quality products and efficient operations. Identify, assess, and address project risks to ensure timely and successful completion. Handle change control processes to address adjustments in scope or requirements while maintaining alignment with program objectives. Provide regular updates to leadership and customers on project progress, financial performance, and key turning points. Foster alignment, transparency, and engagement from all partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus. 8+ years of solid experience managing complex manufacturing projects, including product transfers and facility startups. Demonstrated ability to manage capital and expense budgets effectively. Familiarity with the Stage Gate Processes or similar structured project management frameworks. Strong project management skills with a solid track record of delivering high-quality results. Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and collaborators. Expertise in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and financial systems.
