In our solutions team, area is Business Intelligence. Our core product is START-Standard Reporting Tools using Cognos Analytics with Teradata and Snowflake databases. As a Project Manager, you’ll be managing medium-size and large-size projects on delivering START product(s) functionalities. As data analytics are more and more on the rise, so are the START products and you can be part of it.

You need to manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of project(s). You’ll need to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality, and resource requirements.

Your other activities are also to:

Manage stakeholder’s relationship by communicating with them regularly with project status (scrum meetings)Obtain feedback at any critical project milestones and at project completion to ensure that projects efforts meets customer expectationsDevelop a detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reportsCommunicate major milestones and identifies potential project risks by conducting regular status meetings to review project activitiesOversee and manage changing scope as well as project acceptance criteriaUtilize project management processes and methodologies at all timeTranslate project requirements into project objectives and tasks

8+ years of experience in project managementWorking experience in creating proposals, application build, infrastructure build and deployment integration type of projects; BI finance-related projects are a plusGood knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle methodology or processes                                  Ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multi-cultural team spanning different timezonesAbility to manage project team remotelyDemonstrated people leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables                                 Excellent customer relationship and communication skills, in order to define clearly project scope, timelines and quality requirements                                Strong leadership in project process and planning activitiesProficient experience in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource requirements.                                  Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high quality project delivery                                  Excellent experience in stakeholder and communication management   Manage both Agile and Waterfall projectAgile, Prince 2, PMP or ITIL certification is a big advantageExperience with managing Public Cloud projects especially on Azure a plus
