You will be part of Experian's Credit and Verification Services, where our purpose is to empower and inform decisions through data and new ideas. We turn complex data into clear insights that help businesses understand and support their customers. Our data is trusted by over 5,000 clients and 1.5 million consumers.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to look after several projects within our organization such as delivery of a new capability to a Client or enacting a change within the business. Most of which will sit in the provision, or support, of data products.
You will responsible for leading projects and promoting an Agile culture while collaborating with teams, ensuring project goals are met, delivering high-quality outcomes.
This is a hybrid role reporting to the Head of Agile Project Management.
Main Responsibilities
Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered to expected outcomes.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets managing partner and client expectations.Find and address project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.Oversee project deliverables with not only ensuring visibility but understanding, explaining and mitigating impacts to important success metrics.Ensure collaboration among project team members, product owners and partners who could be geographically dispersed across the globe.Identify and lead opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.Follow and enhance Experian project team effectiveness and governance.Champion and Help implement Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Use Agile tools and data to enhance project delivery.Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfactionQualificationsExperience
Experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role, working with clients to deliver successful projects.Understand and practical experience using Agile project management methodologies and tools to lead data driven decision-making.Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering projects.Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.A personal style that embraces servant leadership, teamwork, and cares about the work and the teams, sharing openly and honestly with all partnersFinancial literacy around forecasting and managing budgets, costs, and revenue with an understanding of the financial impacts of decisions on clients/ company partners.Positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams 'catch the spark' of change and imagine new possibilities, inspiring clients as well.Additional InformationBenefits package includes:
