JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and budget-conscious project execution, developing and implementing operational plans, and addressing challenges to minimize delays.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
+ Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in project management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Ability to analyze challenges and implement solutions using standard procedures.
+ Excellent communication and client management skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work under general supervision.
+ Key Attributes:
+ Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
+ Able to escalate issues effectively and coordinate resources as needed.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
+ Manage the overall delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
+ Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for additional work.
+ Monitor project progress and performance, taking proactive steps to address any challenges.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues impacting budget, timelines, or resources.
+ Assist in handling billing or invoicing concerns related to project work.
+ Develop and document best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
