Job Title: Field Service Technician Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing top-tier 24/7 support through various communication channels, including emails and service queries. The Technician will handle complex troubleshooting, support engineering and controls, and ensure seamless operation of machinery both onsite and at our Kenosha facility. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior technicians and managing detailed expense and travel reports. Key Responsibilities: + Deliver 24/7 support through emails, service queries, and phone calls. + Respond to service calls with a high level of expertise and efficiency. + Coordinate and conduct client visits as required. + Provide advanced support to engineering and controls teams. + Diagnose and resolve complex machine issues, both onsite at client locations and at the Kenosha facility. + Accurately file and manage expense and travel reports. + Mentor and train junior technicians. + Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally. Essential Skills and Qualifications: + Extensive customer service experience. + Advanced electrical and mechanical skills. + Proven experience with panel building and complex troubleshooting. + High proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment. + In-depth knowledge of food processing equipment. + Strong electro-mechanical skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: + Significant experience in food processing equipment. + Bilingual abilities in multiple languages. + Advanced experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Work Environment: + Operate in a clean, bright, and spacious facility with dedicated areas for testing and demonstrating machines to clients. + Standard working hours are from 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to ensure efficient handling of service calls and emails. + Benefits include a company phone, AirPods for personal use during travel, travel reimbursement, and a daily food allowance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
