Responsibilities + Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. + Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. + Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. + Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. + Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. + Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. + Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. + Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. + Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks. + Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. + Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects. + Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. + Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in project management software and tools. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PMP or similar certification is a plus. + Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus. + Experience with creating schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and take-offs. + Experience with project budgets exceeding $1 million. + Experience with fit-outs/renovation projects or ground-up projects. + Project management experience at a general contractor or subcontractor. + Proficiency in Procore and MS Office. + Experience working on healthcare, manufacturing, clean rooms, or biopharma projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
