Job Description Contract Opportunity: Project Manager (Marine & Diving Operations)

We are seeking a highly professional Project Manager with experience in both onsite and office-based roles to support marine and diving operations. The ideal candidate will be Chandlers Ford/Southampton-based and available full-time (5 days a week) for the next 6 months.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dive plans, crew coordination, and logistics. Provide structured reporting, data capture, and presentations. Support aircraft carrier projects and other business areas. Ensure HSE compliance and best practices. Work across Devonport, Southampton, and Portsmouth. Ideal Candidate Profile: Diving or engineering background (Naval Architecture, Marine, Mechanical). Strong HSE knowledge and operational experience. UK National with a valid driving license. Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality project support.
