Required Experience

Project Management Expertise:

* Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.
* Proficient in handling complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
* Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Technical Background:

* Extensive experience with .NET frameworks (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC).
* Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Visual Studio, Azure, SQL Server, etc.).
* Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular or React is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

* Results-oriented with strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.
* Based in the Bergen area or open to relocation.
* Solid business acumen with a passion for service and business development.
* Excellent at building and nurturing relationships internally and externally.
* Organised, reliable, and team-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
* Dedicated to improving quality assurance and business outcomes.
* Broad interest in leveraging technology for business success.
* Flexible and adaptable to change.
* Collaborative team player with good listening and speaking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning:

* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
* Create comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
* Identify and manage dependencies and critical path activities.

Execution & Monitoring:

* Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure.
* Track progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Handle scope, schedule, and cost adjustments using verification techniques.

Stakeholder Management:

* Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
* Lead stakeholder meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and align objectives.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

*

Risk Management:

* Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimise impacts.
* Continuously monitor risks and adjust plans as necessary.

*

Resource Management:

* Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
* Ensure the team is well-equipped with training and tools.
* Foster a positive team environment and resolve conflicts effectively.

*

Quality Assurance:

* Maintain high-quality standards for deliverables.
* Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements where needed.

Budget Management:

* Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control.
* Provide financial updates, including forecasts and variance analyses.

Project Closure:

* Facilitate project closeout activities, such as final reviews, lessons learned, and documentation.
* Ensure all deliverables are completed and handed over to relevant stakeholders.
