Location: Onsite, DC Metro Area Clearance Requirement: Public Trust – US Citizen We are seeking an experienced ITIL/CMMI Assessment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ITIL and CMMI assessments, along with a PMP certification. The candidate must be proficient in developing business strategy roadmaps and leading organizational change efforts. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct comprehensive ITIL and CMMI assessments to identify areas of improvement. + Develop and implement business strategy roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals. + Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of ITIL and CMMI best practices. + Provide expert guidance and support on ITIL and CMMI frameworks. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Monitor and report on the progress of ITIL and CMMI assessments and initiatives. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience in conducting ITIL and CMMI assessments. + PMP certification is strongly preferred. + Demonstrated experience in developing business strategy roadmaps. + Experience in leading and managing organizational change efforts. + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
