We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our expanding team of professionals. As an applicant you should have demonstrable record in project management and have experience in delivering a wide range of project types.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellencePrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectIdentify and mobilize adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframesManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetingsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practicesManage project scope and changesParticipate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholdersAct as an internal quality control check for the projectManage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolutionSupport formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contractDefine the Scope of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and servicesDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesSet and continually manage project and program expectations while managing deliverable with team members and stakeholdersDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelMonitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholdersIdentify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholdersDeliver appropriate and effective communicationEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsManage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesOther duties as assigned
