Mission

The Treasury Project Manager manages all the stages of the assigned projects portfolio in line with budget, quality and time limits as per the direction set by Project Sponsors. The project manager is responsible for centralization of Treasury activities from the countries in Treasury Center  and their transformation towards standards of Michelin Group treasury and risk management. 

What we’re looking for:

Significant background in project and resource management;Strong and deep understanding of Treasury and Banking processes, systems and tools;Act as referent for the team regarding treasury norms group Michelin and Internal Control;Has worked in an international environment, in different cultures and geographies;Good understanding of Finance and non-Finance business process, dependencies and interfaces;Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within the company and external parties;Any functional credentials are a plus (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) based on practical experience;Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset;Ability to handle large volumes of information, conduct analysis and synthesis to shape into insights that are presented in an accurate & relevant format to the appropriate audience;Broad understanding of Michelin business, CBS service model and overall Business Services industry trends;Active listening, critical thinking, judgement and making decisions;Systems analytics;Fluent English and at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. 

The project manager is responsible for:

Overseeing planning, implementation, tracking, and closure of treasury projects while adhering to PM methodologies;Identifying, mitigating risks, aligning resources, forming project teams, and managing budgets;Designing KPIs, dashboards, and SLAs for Shared Service Teams, and providing actionable insights;Managing system/user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and SOP creation for Go-Live readiness;Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, resolve conflicts, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations;Tracking progress, addressing quality, timeline, and budget issues, and formulating recovery plans;Change management: plan, manage and reenforce change through the project stages;Shape a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure effective change & communication to stakeholders about strategy, goals, progress and initiatives to drive delivery of project outcomes;Stakeholders’ engagement: identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to manage throughout the project stages;Ensure all project related risks, issues, dependencies and actions are regularly tracked, progressed and resolved via relevant governance structure in place;Ensuring contracts, feedback, lessons learned, and project deliverables are finalized effectively for future improvementsNavigate through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, taking ownership of the overall projects progress.
