Hold kick-off meetings at the start of a project to provide clarity to all key project stakeholders on project and strategic objectives, specific tasks and their owners, communication responsibilities, key milestones & dates. Monitors progress of small, large scaled, regional or continuous studies to ensure standards, requirements and deadlines are met Handles all costing related requests from WSBL + Observer teams  Leads and supervises a small team of PM staff, provide guidance and mentoring to other junior members of RSH and OPS as needed Develop appropriate field documentations- project specs, briefing guides etc. Proactively identifies potential and existing issues and partners up with RSH and Internal Operations to address these issues or make recommendations to improve performance on all research studies. Help manage profitability by mentoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget Assist RSH and OPS teams beyond the scope of this job description as needed Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by immediate superior Ensure compliance with ISO standards. Communicate effectively and implement strictly all established rules and regulations. Ensure that violations of staff are managed appropriately by following established standard procedures in handling erring staff.
