We have an immediate need for a Project Manager.
ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will provide programmatic support on multiple government contracts to maximize performance, quality, and profitability. This position will coordinate project, contract, and finance-related activities and data calls for assigned projects while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contract requirements.
What You Will Do:
Plan, track, analyze, and report on multiple projects of varying size and complexityPrepare draft monthly status reports, including summary financial data as required by individual programsSet up deliverable workflows and monitor status to ensure timely deliverySchedule/coordinate/conduct project status meetingsMay function as the PM on a small program, while also supporting other (more senior) PMs in our highly matrixed environmentMay interact with government customers and prime contractorsCoordinate with the team’s project control analyst to ensure project financial workbooks are updatedEnsure that program and contract documentation (invoices, contract modifications, etc.) are current in the document repositoryInterface collaboratively with program/project managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including the contracts and finance teamsAnalyze project/task financial and schedule data and keep PMs apprised of status and risksAssist in updating quality and process documentation (process flows and work instructions)Recommend process improvements QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:
