What you’ll do as a Project Manager Responsible for the effective management of all Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team. Participate in the preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to the cost control system, equipment requirements, and utilization, constructability, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc. Analyze operations, identify performance issues, and take corrective action while maintaining a profitable daily workload Identify, monitor, and address problem areas work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues, and act as a direct liaison between our customers and Management. What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company 3+ years of related telecom construction experience with a proven record of successful construction management 2+ years of Project management including project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management, and project control Solid organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Applications High School Diploma or GED Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
