Position Summary

The Project Manager, Business Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of key projects and the Business Operations department in:

Ensuring organization, quality, efficiency, and delivery of work Implementation of enhancements and standardization of workflow processes Coordination of project workflow and management with cross-matrix teams

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

Operations & Project Management:

Support Business Operations leadership in ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery of work for key assignments:

Support the execution of strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, ensure adherence to processes with cross-matrix project teams, and assess improvements in deliverability Manage the development of and updates to daily/weekly/monthly project management tools including, but not limited to meeting agendas, hot sheets, status reports, project plans, creative briefs, budget worksheets, contact reports, and meeting recaps Manage centralized workspace creation and organization for Business Operations projects Route projects according to defined processes Coordinate with assigned teams for resource allocation on key Business Operations projects Manage and coordinate meetings for key assignments Act as the primary notetaker during key project meetings to communicate clear recaps and next steps to all participants and ensure alignment across cross-matrix teams Help develop and present slide deck presentations for department team members and senior management

Department & Cross-Matrix Teams Management:

Support department leadership and represent the Business Operations department in cross-matrix project teams:

Lead in project planning, organization, and execution with cross-matrix teams for internal initiatives Serve as the primary point of contact for status, timing, and project management-related functions Foster open communication and an inclusive, collaborative work environment that empowers cross-matrix teams and supports team accountability Provide guidance and direction to junior-level department team members

Value Creation:

Supports Business Operations leadership to analyze, formulate, assess, deploy, evaluate, and refine approaches to core capabilities and solutions to deliver continuous value to our clients:

Help drive milestones and timelines when working with cross-matrix team members and experts to standardize our improvement solution processes Assist in pull-through of improvement solutions supporting the organization’s client strategic and relationship growth approach Assist in monitoring and measuring to ensure quality of the improvement solutions Qualifications

Minimum Required:

Bachelor’s degree

Other Required:

3 – 5 years previous experience, preferably working in a marketing/advertising agency setting with project/account/operational management responsibilities

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing/advertising, business, healthcare administration,
or another related field preferred

Skills:

Proficiency in Apple products and applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat Smartsheet (preferred not required)

Competencies:

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$48,560—$72,840 USD
