Job Description
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.
This position will start remote then transition to a hybrid work schedule of 4 days/week in the office. Candidates must be local to Atlanta.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will support the store onboarding initiative data will be consumed in S4/HANA
Work alongside and partner with the Director overseeing this initiative
Develop detailed project plans
o Prepare project timeline, activities/tasks, issues and risk analysis
Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
o Identify project risks
o Driving governance
Facilitate effective communication, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.)
Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
Project status oversight and reporting on delays/risks/issues across priorities s
Experience with Inventory Accounting and/or financial processes (highly preferred)
Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira/Jira Align, SharePoint, etc.

Skills and Requirements
5+ project management experience
Experience with Inventory Accounting and/or financial processes (highly preferred)
Ability to discuss financial processes and the associated risks
Experience developing work plans
Highly organized
Effective communication
Local to Atlanta and willing to commute to Smyrna 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs) come June SAP S4/HANA experience
