Job DescriptionDetermine the budget, the project management plan and customer requirements for Research and Development (R&D) DepartmentSupport the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project successUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsElaborate and organize technical meetings and project reviews, in conjunction with their team, stakeholders, customers and suppliersManage and ensure that all potentials risks/issues are properly communicated to all stakeholdersManage all aspects of the project as well as manage and coach the people working on the projectUnderstand project constraints and goals

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering Departments is preferredMinimum 5 year-experience in project managementStrong quality mindset, great team spirit and being result orientedAble to work in a very dynamic workplaceStrong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levelsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing teamAdvanced level of English
