Projects Manager - Building

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Projects Manager - Building to join our PMC Team! In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Construction Managers and report to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages Construction aspects. We are seeking someone with mixed exposure and experience in Project Management for buildings in different disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the delivery of the Project and supporting the Employer to resolve any issues that may impact Cost, Time, and Quality.Supervising Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers.Attending meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and any other relevant Stakeholders.Reviewing Technical, Commercial, and Planning Contractor Submittals and providing your approval/endorsement accordingly.Providing solutions to any of the Projects’ issues that may be detrimental to Cost, Time, and Quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant works, i.e., Mixed-use buildings, commercial, residential building Projects.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines.Well-versed in Project Management principles.Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
