Welcoming you to the team
The team consist of approximately 20-30 dedicated and innovative team members, our team is responsible for activities related to project management within the PWR Transmission Project Operations section; we handle activities related to Nexans procedures for the Project Manager (PM) position. The workplace is in Courbevoie, and you will be reporting to the Project Portfolio Director (PDD) and Director of Projects.
Getting a flying start
To succeed in the Project Management department, you have extensive experience in the project-driven energy sector. You have experience of managing large-scale projects, ideally with subsea scope, including both domestic and international assignments. Ideally, your experience is related to interconnectors, windfarms, or power from shore. You will be comfortable ensuring quality and safety during the projects. You have experience managing teams and projects and possess strong organizational and communication skills through your natural leadership and collaborative spirit.

How you make an impact
You will work in project teams as a Project Manager with a focus on EPCI project operations. To do this, you will manage project activities in project execution such as planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. With your strategic and analytical skills, you will ensure the successful completion of projects on time, on budget, and within required quality standards. In addition, you will be comfortable working with continual process improvements and technical advancements relevant to our department. You will boost your impact by actively promoting Quality and HSE standards.
Your starting point when you join
Degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 10 years of relevant EPCI project management experience In this role, the likelihood of succeeding will increase if you have strong leadership and problem-solving skills As we work with complex turnkey projects and offshore projects, it is important to know project management tools and methodologies At Nexans, we work in teams and are driven by project execution; therefore, being able to communicate effectively and having strong interpersonal skills is of utmost importance Fluent in English, both oral and written with proven communication skills Your personal values are aligned to those of Nexans: Pioneer, Dedicated, United
