Project Manager

In charge of commercial execution of large inter-departmental projects, coordination of internal company requirements and communications; review of technical bids and technical specs to ensure compliance and accuracy; moderate weekly and monthly calendar of deliverables, schedules, and key process indicators to ensure timely execution and on time delivery to customer requirement. **_Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies:_** + Review tender and bid documents for deviations and special requirements. + Create & submit project proposals (scope of supply, milestones, prices). + Plan, monitor & report project progress within time and budget constraints. + Coordinate internal resources, partners and third parties for project execution. + Collect, create, maintain, and deliver project documentation. + Coordinate creation and execution of customized solutions. + Advise about product selection & features; provide technical documentation. + Participate actively in joint sales calls (audio or video conferences, visits) + Provide post-sales support, as required. **Skills & Experience** _The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:_ + Bachelor’s degree in engineering + At least four years of experience in the fields of electrical / mechanical engineering with at least two years of experience in project management or leading projects. + Ability to maintain strategic relationships with various internal and external parties such as clients, vendors, employees and executives. + Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. + Knowledge of technical efficiency, including expertise in Partial Discharge (PD) technology for rotating machines, transformers, switchgear, etc., with site experience considered a plus. **_Preferred Skills:_** + Detailed knowledge of Iris Power / Qualitrol products and services. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. **_Working Conditions:_** + Hybrid + May involve visits to heavy industry locations with exposure to electrical, chemical, mechanical or radiation hazards. + Periodic travel to customer sites \#LI-KJ1 **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
