As an experienced Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Aerospace & Energy (A&E) team whose primary responsibility is to lead a customer service and capital investment project for the Product Quality Testing (PQT) end-market. The role requires strong project management expertise, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations in all project activitiesQuality Assurance: Maintain high standards for product quality testing and capital investment initiatives, identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsProject Planning & Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budgetStakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectivesCustomer Service Focus: Oversee project-related customer service initiatives, optimizing service delivery and customer satisfactionPerformance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and report updates to senior managementResource & Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and drive cost-effective solutions Skills / Qualifications 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy industry, capital investment, or a related industryBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred)Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of safety standards and quality assurance in project executionExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectivelyFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
