Your Oppourtunity: The Taylor Visual Impressions Group is seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple print projects, ensuring the successful execution of each job from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of print production processes. You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring project timelines are met, and managing the overall client experience. This role will empower you to take ownership of assigned projects to ensure flawless execution.
Your Shift:
1st shift; Monday - FridayYour Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between sales, operations and support in order to promote growth efforts across Commercial Print, Signs & Graphics and Gift & LoyaltyLead and manage multiple print projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsProvide project management support for various programs including technology, data analytics, direct mail and manufacturingDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate with internal teams (prepress, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveryAssist various sales channels by providing support in the selling process. This includes navigation of our business units as well as across Taylor.Track and manage budgets for project profitabilityCommunicate directly with customers to convey the value and expertise of Taylor. This will be in conjunction with the sales and support teamWork closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding client accounts or up-selling additional servicesFoster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practicesMinimum Qualifications:
Project Management experience preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the print industry or related field. Expert level computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordDemonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a strategic mindset.Superior interpersonal skills to enable successful interaction with a wide range of employees and levels of leadershipAbility to navigate various areas of our businessAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationAbility to take a complex requirement and break it down into actionsLogical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to make and meet commitmentsWe Would Also Prefer:
