As KREWE grows we are looking for Project Manager candidates to support us in several functions, including Manufacturing, Facilities/Expansion, Design/Build, and Creative/Brand. In general, Project Managers will focus on overseeing and managing a wide range of projects from initiation through completion. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful project completionReport and escalate issues to management as neededEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationConduct risk management to minimize project risksSupport the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practicesRequirement
Proven working experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing projectsStrong and concise oral, written, and decision-making abilities; superior follow-through abilityExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and team management skillsProficient in project management software tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platformsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusPosition based in New Orleans HeadquartersBenefits and Perks:
