The Project Manager will also organize, and tracks customer required documentation for all projects. This position is a part of the Project team located in Hemet, California and will be hybrid. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Manage multiple, fast-paced projects with an eye toward quality, customer satisfaction and prioritize accordingly. + Manage communication with stakeholders, including management team, internal customers, and external customers. + Understand the established processes and tools McCrometer uses to manage project plans and changes while using independent judgment and decision making. + Manage document control system and meet documentation milestones to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules. + Set priorities, request resources, and adjust schedules on the fly to achieve priorities in order meet project deadlines. + Review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy of price and lead-time and perform sales order entry in company ERP system. + Generate and assemble work instructions for production areas and analyzes bill of materials and adjusts when necessary. + Coordinates schedules within team and inspection activities to meet due dates. + Update technical documents based on comments from customers. + Assembles and maintains V-Cone job/project book and project approval documentation as well as conducts final job book scanning and archiving. + Will serve as the owner for the V-Cone All in One Tool (AIO). All updates will be submit to the Project Manager and ensure updates are implemented and published accordingly. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + 5-7 years in a manufacturing or project management environment. + Preferred Education: Associates Degree or PMP Certification a plus + Excellent communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable. + Capable of meeting or exceeding assigned deadlines using organizational and time management skills + Ability to present complex or difficult messages clearly and persuasively. **It would be a plus if you also possess the following:** + Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite required. + Proficiency with Oracle EBS. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
