Project Manager Job ID 201222 Posted 10-Feb-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Project Management Location(s) Pittsburgh - Pennsylvania - United States of America About the role Our Pittsburgh office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various Commercial Projects for our clients in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. What you’ll do Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Demonstrates capability to read, understand, and apply standard to moderately sophisticated documents affecting projects. These include but are not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. Interact directly with clients to define project requirements. Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule as required. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & turning points, quality control, and risk identification. Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. Demonstrate a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc.). May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level employees. Manage 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members. Other duties as assigned. **What you’ll need** **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. + Prior experience working with high end and demanding clients is helpful. + Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast paced environments is helpful. + Commercial Class A interior renovations project experience is preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint,etc. + Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
