Your Team's Impact

FactSet is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Buy Side Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead complex implementation and transformation projects for clients across EMEA, including asset servicers and asset managers. Our Professional Services Group plays a pivotal role in partnering with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive meaningful change within their organizations. As a Project Manager, you will leverage exceptional communication and leadership skills, combined with a passion for achieving successful client outcomes. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end implementation of FactSet solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients’ systems and workflows.Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while adhering to agreed milestones and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, sales, and support—to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications for internal teams.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to ensure timely delivery.Oversee solution testing, training, and deployment, ensuring clients are fully operational and maximizing the platform's value.Facilitate clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, from client executives to internal teams.Track and report project KPIs, leveraging insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and additional business development.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.Background in a technical role and/ or financial services industryProven project management skills, with certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Strong interest in financial markets, particularly in asset/portfolio management and financial regulations.Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across product, development, and client support functions.Client-Focused Communication: Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.Adaptability and Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and making informed decisions under pressure.
