The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of existing contract operational support functions at Ft Gregg-Adams. The PM leads the convergence of large Defense Business Systems (DBSs) built on similar SAP® Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Core Component (ECC) solutions within a DoD environment. In this role, the successful candidate will create integration efficiencies within a common master data governance. This role will also enable career growth with the opportunity to support business growth, lead personnel management, and take on greater responsibilities as additional contract opportunities arise. Internally, the PM will track financial data and help ensure the program is executed successfully within PWS requirements and financial goals.

Responsibilities Support PEO-EIS Global Combat Support System-Army (CGSS-Army) to support logistical, financial and tactical management of Army assets.Provide overall direction of program activities to include: Program Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Enterprise Design and Information Technology (IT) support, Cloud Infrastructure (including support for Cross Domain Solutions),Cybersecurity, Data Management, AI, User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX), Human Centered Design, Agile, Budget, Audit, Training, Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, and DevSecOps.Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer’s organization.Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business. Coordinate with the contracting organization’s program office to enable timely problem resolution.Properly align staffing requirements.Manage stakeholder expectations and be the lead client relationship manager for the programLead personnel and subcontractor managementPrepare Monthly Status ReportsMeet P&L goalsIdentify program risks and develop mitigation strategiesMeet organic growth goalsSupport of capture and proposal activities for adjacent program opportunities Qualifications

Required:

 

B.S. degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required.Five (5) years of experience with computer systems engineering and/or software development.Demonstrated success in leading systems modernization within an Agile environment.Minimum two years’ experience managing a DevSecOps project; prefer four years of experience working within a DevSecOps environment to include tools and methodologies.Ability to develop and maintain a Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.Demonstrated success in the full spectrum of project management, including P&L, personnel and performance management, risk management, organic growth.Experience supporting company’s CMMI and/or ISO process.Possess an active Secret Clearance.

 

Preferred:

 

Demonstrated success supporting capture activities for federal RFP; to include activities such as team building, developing solutions with technical staff, influencing client acquisition strategies, and/or analyzing competition.Demonstrated success supporting proposal process for federal RFPs; work includes developing content for management, transition, or technical volumes; working with SMEs to write solutions and offerings, assist with staffing strategy, developing a PMP, and/or supporting color reviews.
