Overview:
Responsible for managing the Ringfence Project for UMG working within the US Finance Data Integrity & Reporting group. Coordinate and manage resources and key stakeholders for the project. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Create a plan, working with the Director of Data Integrity & reporting, to move the Ringfence Project forward per requirements set forth by the Ringfence committee. Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. Position requires excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal ability to bring multiple stakeholders in sync and move the project forward. Identifies project scope and project deliverables and communicates these details to the responsible parties. This person is responsible for developing the project management approach including role definition and relationship management. Must have skills include great project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving.
