The role

We are a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of metocean systems, specialising in asset integrity monitoring for offshore and marine environments. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure through advanced monitoring technologies.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Metocean Systems Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of asset integrity monitoring systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.Risk Management: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Innovation: Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment

Who we’re looking for:

Degree or equivalent in civil engineering or science-based subject.Relevant transferable experience will be considered, for example ex-forces personnelStrong electronic and mechanical engineering knowledgeKnowledge of Helideck monitoring applications and regulationsGood working knowledge of oceanography including oil and gas, ocean science, renewable and and/or survey industriesExperience managing and planning project operationsCertified in APMP​Prince2 qualified​Lean Sigma Six certified​IENG – working towards Chartered status. ​Chartered Marine Scientist or working towards

Please note, you will need to pass an Offshore Medical prior to employment.
