Summary – basic function of the role We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet customer requirements, stay within scope, and comply with all relevant standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and timely communication on all project matters. Work closely with applications and commercial teams to understand project scope and requirements. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and safety teams to develop and execute project plans that meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adequate internal resources are allocated to meet project commitments and customer expectations. Provide project summaries to the finance team for revenue forecasting, EBITDA tracking, and accurate invoicing. Oversee invoice management, ensuring timely and accurate billing throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and enhance Project Management standards, policies, and procedures in line with company protocols. Manage scope changes and client deviations in collaboration with commercial, engineering, and operations teams. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Required Skills & Qualifications Recognized Project Management qualification with a proven track record in managing low-volume, high-value industrial tool projects. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Experience working with MRP systems. Strong engineering knowledge, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience working in a matrix structure. Strong financial and business acumen. Analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on problem-solving approach. High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Familiarity with design standards, documentation, and certification requirements. Experience in the nuclear energy market (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
