We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Quality Assurance team!
This position reports to the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and is a hybrid position that includes Project Management, Contracts execution, budgeting, execution, and Quality Assurance experience. This position is responsible for evaluating government/commercial customer solicitation requirements and determining the appropriate company functional organization responsible for compliance with said requirements. This position will coordinate the proposal efforts for the Quality Assurance Directorate’s team to ensure compliance to specifications and on-time submission.
Evaluates all customer solicitation requirements from inception through contract award and determines the appropriate company functional organization(s) responsible to evaluate the method of compliance to assist in developing proposals
Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans.
Typically accomplishes objectives through collaborative engagement, subordinate management and/or professional staff.
May be responsible for decisions that have serious impact on overall success of the business where erroneous decisions could cause substantial expenditure of time and resources.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Oversee the development of QA BOE’s for proposal submittals, ensure on-time submittals and develop the compliance matrix.
+ Serve as liaison between program/project management, project teams and administrative service departments on matters of high importance.
+ Oversee development and management of operating procedures that are aligned with the strategic business and administrative objectives of the organization.
+ Upon Contract award, perform a gap analysis of the compliance matrix and update accordingly.
+ Oversee the development of mechanisms for monitoring progress and for problem solving with program managers, project teams, and administrative services departments while developing
+ solutions to meet budget, schedule, quality objectives, and company policies and procedures.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
+ Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
+ Ability and technical experience to create, write and update policy, procedures, and quality assurance plan with support of a cross functional team.
+ Exercise personnel leadership, coaching, and ability to execute multiple task assignments with limited resources on time and within budget.
+ Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and thirteen or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least seven of those years in project management. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
+ Degree in Finance or Law highly desired.
+ Experience managing operations in quality assurance, engineering, compliance, or scientific environment highly desired.
+ In depth knowledge of DoD / DoE Contracting, as a Prime Contractor or critical Sub-tier supplier, with prior experience as a Contracting Officer, Contracts Manager, or Compliance a plus.
+ In-depth experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems is required.
+ Strong leadership, communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also required as well as the ability to interpret and explain unusually complex operational issues.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret level clearance is desired.
