Job Title: Project Manager Job Description Concentrix Catalyst is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead exciting software development initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality projects, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the driving force behind project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, making sure risks and dependencies are well-managed. Your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and keep projects on track will be essential as you work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering successful projects, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** + Creating weekly project status reports and sending to internal and external stakeholders. + Running daily project stand up meetings and ceremonies. + Ensuring that requirements, designs, wireframes, test scripts and other project artefacts go through the appropriate internal and external review process. + Monitoring burn down and reporting on and adjusting for discrepancies. + Building and maintaining good relations between all project team members and stakeholders. + Creating and maintaining the Project Schedule. + Modifying the Project Schedule based on information regarding story burn down and other factors influencing the accuracy of effort estimates. + Managing project resources, ensuring resources are allocated. + Ensuring key decisions are captured, managed and communicated to internal and external parties. + Assisting the Commercial team with estimating and pitches where required + Ensuring that all projects remain within scope and are completed in a timely fashion + Ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are logged, tracked and communicated to the client. + Conducting internal Post Implementation Reviews with the project team. + Conducting meetings and ceremonies with clients and team and reporting on outcomes. **Key experience and skillset** + Experience in Agile Project Management + Expertise in digital/software delivery projects + Stakeholder and expectation management + High level of interpersonal skills. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, including developers, designers, senior management and clients. + Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines. + Personal initiative and independence in achieving outcomes. + Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment + Experience with Project tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Suite and other Project Management tools **What We Offer:** + Opportunity to work on large-scale projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + The chance to work with industry-leading technology and digital solutions. + Competitive salary and benefits package. + A collaborative, innovation-driven work environment. **Who We Are** Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent and technology.
