You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes, starting with a high-profile brand identity launch that will shape market presence and brand perception. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact and help define the future of our brand.Responsibilities: Experience leading mid-sized to large-scale commercial projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business organizations. Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in the use of ASANA. Highly competent in estimating, planning, tracking, and reporting project status while managing change requests and project scope. Track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Ability to effectively work with both technical staff and business process and budget owners. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and independently. Excellent facilitation skills in a team setting. Strong attention to detail. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. PMP Certificate. Demonstration of a solid foundation in project management principles, practices, and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing teams and/or agency management. Experience in brand and/or shopper marketing.
