Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple center-based/onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure while following the Business Execution Process (BEP) as defined in the Services Management Framework (SMF). The Project Manager will work closely with Technical Managers to procure resources for projects and with internal support functions to deliver a great customer experience while providing leadership and direction to our project teams and ensuring that all projects meet their cost, quality, and timing requirements. This role requires maintaining and growing relationships with key customer stakeholders and center-based/onsite-managed resources to enhance project performance in support of customer business goals.
ResponsibilitiesManage multiple center-based/onsite-managed projects through all phases of development, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure while following the Business Execution Process (BEP) as defined in the Services Management Framework (SMF).Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, company work rules and procedures, and safety requirements.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation including change management, risk mitigation, and reporting.Work closely with the Delivery Operations team to align project management with account management.Manage workflow to allocated project team as required by the project plan.Maintain a high level of relationships with all customer stakeholders.Utilize program management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully achieve program goals and objectives and SLA’s.Conduct periodic status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against the plan.Prepare and deliver both weekly and monthly status reports to management and appropriate client recipients.Work closely within Delivery Operations to resolve all project issues with customers and suppliers, as appropriate, while working with internal partners.Support Business Development and Delivery Manager(s) - Practices in pursuit of opportunities.Other duties as assigned by management.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree; advanced degree is a plus.Exposure to project management and project management tools and skills.Ability to effectively present to large customer groups.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Team player with the ability to work in a highly cross-functional and virtual environment.Ability to travel when needed, up to 10%.PMP / ScrumMaster certification is a plus; proven knowledge of project management methods required.Highly proficient in PC applications - MS Office suite of tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsAccount management experience.Project management experience.Engagement management experience.Onboarding experience.Project coordination experience.Employee management experience.Work Environment
The work environment involves working closely with Technical Managers and internal support functions to deliver a great customer experience. The role may require up to 10% travel. The Project Manager will utilize program management skills including communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning. Dress code and other facility conditions are governed by company policies and regulatory requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
