**Job Title:** Lead Project Manager **Location:** Charlotte, NC **Job Description:** We're seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead BSA/AML remediation efforts. You'll work closely with senior leaders to execute strategic and risk management priorities. **Responsibilities:** + Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute programs. + Drive accountability and create efficiencies. + Perform assessments and develop solutions. + Collaborate with Business Execution teams. + Guide less experienced staff. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience. + **Must have regulatory reporting experience (Y-14 or 2052a, etc.).** **Desired Qualifications:** + 7+ years in Project Management/Execution in a regulatory environment. + Advanced MS Office skills. + Strong Program Management expertise. + 7+ years in Financial Services. + Knowledge of BSA/AML and project management methodologies.
