Summary About the Position: About the Position: Serves as the Project Manager, working for Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division, Reserve Support Branch, and will be physically located at Fort Liberty, NC in support of the Army Reserve design and construction program. Responsibilities Analyze requirements, develop assessment master plan, coordinate with appropriate personnel and provide overall program management for Army Reserve facility requirements. Evaluate military construction cost data and supporting documentation to include inflation rates, area cost factors, and size adjustment factors for facility costs. Manage project contingencies and assures that funds are available for project completion. Negotiate to find mutually acceptable solutions and build consensus. Gather and distribute information on the project to ensure involved persons remain well informed. Prepare and disseminate technical data and/or information to a wide variety of users with diverse needs. Responsible for working with project partners and regulators to achieve project milestones and objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12 or above.
